Croissant Card
Croissant means crescent in French, due to its crescent moon shape. Although this bakery item is of Austrian origin, its puff pastry version was later developed in France thanks to Marie Antoinette, who was Austrian and missed kipferl. Legend has it that Marie Antoinette didn't say eat cakes, but croissants.
