WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED TIME TO CREATE MY ORDER?

If you purchased non-personalized products, our goal is to have them ready to ship the next business day. For personalized products, especially if it is for a gift, we recommend planning ahead, since they are carefully made to measure, and it takes 15 business days plus shipping time. They may be ready sooner, but for a better guarantee, consider the times mentioned above.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Yes. Please contact us via email or WhatsApp to calculate the international shipping cost and how to manage it.

CAN I MAKE RETURNS?

No Custom-Made products are subject to return.

Items marked as discounted are not subject to exchange.

It can only apply for certain items - Ready to Wear - Ready to Wear. They do not make refunds in money, only in product.

Once the exchange is authorized, you will receive instructions for doing so. The product must be intact, unused, and in perfect condition. Keep the labels. The return must be made within 7 days of purchase.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES WRONG?
