Return policy

Once the User has received the Product(s) purchased through the Website, he/she has a period of 5 (if not) calendar days to review them, in order to verify that they correspond to the requested characteristics of the product.

Once 5 calendar days have passed from the moment of receipt of the product, without any claims having been made, it will be deemed to have been accepted in its entirety by the User.

If you wish to make a return, the User must submit the return request in writing, within the period indicated above, by email to the address info@scribanus.com, stating the reasons why you wish to make the return.

The return may only apply to non-personalized products and to certain items from the "Ready to Wear" line, in accordance with the following conditions:

1. That it has all the labels attached.
2. That the package or cover is intact.
3. That the product has not been used and is in perfect condition.

Once the email has been sent, Scribanus will assess the request and issue a response to the petition.

If the return request is approved, Scribanus will send the user the corresponding instructions by email to carry out the return.

Personalized or "made to measure" (Couture) products, as well as items marked as sale, will not be eligible for return or refund.
