At Scribanus, each piece is prepared with special attention to detail. Our production and shipping times reflect the handcrafted nature of our products and the care we dedicate to each order.

Order Processing

Once the purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order confirmation.

Preparation times vary according to the availability and characteristics of each product:

• In-stock products: prepared for shipment within an estimated 3 to 7 business days.

• Made-to-order or personalized products: require a handcrafted production process. The estimated production time is 15 to 20 business days, depending on the complexity of the requested piece.

In some exceptional cases, times may vary. If this happens, our team will contact you to keep you informed about the status of your order.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been prepared and handed over to the courier company, the estimated transit times are as follows:

Mexico City:
• 1 to 3 business days.

Interior of the Mexican Republic:
• 3 to 7 business days.

Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by circumstances beyond Scribanus' control, including peak seasons, weather conditions, logistical incidents, or situations attributable to the shipping company.

Order Tracking

When your order is dispatched, you will receive the necessary information to track the shipment.

Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct address at the time of purchase.

Scribanus will not be responsible for delays, additional costs, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Incidents during shipping

Once the order has been delivered to the courier company, it becomes responsible for its transport and delivery.

However, at Scribanus, we will be happy to accompany and support you in any necessary steps to follow up on incidents related to your shipment.

International Shipments

We ship internationally to various destinations.

Import taxes, duties, customs fees, or any other expenses generated in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be covered according to applicable local regulations.

International transit times may vary depending on the destination country and corresponding customs processes.
