Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

The shipping and delivery of the products offered on the Website is carried out by means of parcel or courier services, with the User assuming the cost of shipping.

Scribanus assumes no responsibility if the delivery of the items is not completed due to errors in the address indicated by the User. Likewise, at the time of collecting the product, the courier is responsible for the delivery, so any issue related to the transfer and delivery is the responsibility of the courier, which will have to respond for it, with complaints being directly with the service provider. During the process we will help and accompany you in any management. 

Once the purchase confirmation has been received, Scribanus will send the product to the User in accordance with the following deadlines:

• For non-personalized products as well as those in stock, the shipment of the product will be processed within 1 to 5 business days for Mexico City.
• For orders of personalized products, the production of the product will be processed within a period of 10 to 15 business days, which will depend specifically on the product to be made, plus the shipping time.

Once the product has been processed for shipment, delivery will take place within 1 to 5 business days to addresses located in Mexico City. For addresses located in the interior of the Republic, this period may be extended from 5 to 8 business days.
