Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

The shipping and delivery of the products offered on the Website are carried out by parcel or courier services, with the User assuming the shipping cost.

Scribanus assumes no responsibility in the event that the delivery of the items is not completed due to errors in the address provided by the User. Likewise, at the time of product collection, the courier service is responsible for the delivery, so any issue related to transportation and delivery is the responsibility of the courier service, which will have to respond for it, with complaints being directed to the service provider. During the process, we will assist and support you with any procedure. 

Once the purchase confirmation is received, Scribanus will ship the product to the User in accordance with the following terms:

• For non-customized products and those in stock, product shipping will be processed within 1 to 5 business days for Mexico City.
• For personalized product orders, product manufacturing will be processed within 10 to 15 business days, which will specifically depend on the product to be made, plus shipping time.

Once the product has been processed for shipment, delivery will take place within 1 to 5 business days for addresses located in Mexico City. For addresses located in the interior of the Republic, this period may be extended from 5 to 8 business days.

Important information about international shipping:

Please note that we are not responsible for covering costs related to taxes or duties for international orders. This is understood as international shipping outside the Mexican Republic.
