the products distributed by Scribanus in accordance with the legislation of your country; and (ii) That it is your will to be bound by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
Persons who do not have the capacity to contract may not use the services of the Website.

Scribanus reserves the right to modify, at its sole discretion, the Terms and Conditions at any time, as well as to suspend, modify the operation and/or terminate the Website service, which will be published promptly on the Website and will take effect at the time they are updated.
Scribanus reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, any modification or update to its contents and services in general, as well as to any elements that make up the design and configuration of the Website.
3. ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE
Access to the Website is public and free of charge, except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the user, which will be the sole responsibility of the user, without any liability on the part of Scribanus.

5. GENERAL RULES FOR USE OF THE WEBSITE
5.1 PRODUCTS
The Website allows the user to purchase the various products indicated on the platform, including, but not limited to, general stationery, cards, envelopes, pads, boxes of different materials, pencils, pens, notebooks, book separators, stamps, sealing wax, embossers, paintings, floral arrangements, accessories, products from selected artists, bags, as well as consulting services, manuals, design and courses in general ("The Products").
5.2 PURCHASE CONDITIONS
The purchase of the Products is made directly in the payment section of the Website called "Shopping Cart".
By making a payment on the Website, the User accepts and acknowledges that he/she is entering into a contract of sale for the selected item(s).
In order for the purchase to be completed effectively, the Website requests the User for information corresponding to the payment method selected.
The Website allows for the charging of credit or debit cards as payment methods, as well as online payment via "PayPal" which are processed through external payment gateways, which do not belong to Scribanus.
By using the payment service, the User accepts the terms and conditions of the payment processing provider, therefore Scribanus will not be responsible for the acts or omissions of said payment processing and the information that Users provide to said system regarding the payment methods.
In the event that the User requires another payment option such as electronic funds transfer or cash deposit, he/she must indicate this by email to the address info@scribanus.com or by WhatsApp message to the number 56 25 85 96 29.
6. RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF THE WEBSITE
The User undertakes to use the Website and all its content and services in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions. The User also undertakes to make appropriate use of the services and/or content of the Website and not to use them to carry out illegal activities or activities that constitute a crime, that violate the rights of third parties and/or that infringe the regulations on intellectual and industrial property, or any other regulations of the legal system that may be applicable.
By way of example only, and in no way limited to, the user undertakes to:

- Not to transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail or "spam", chain letters, pyramid schemes or any form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as commercial spaces) that have been exclusively designed for that purpose through express, due and timely communication on the Website.
- Do not introduce or distribute any false, ambiguous or inaccurate information or content in a way that misleads the recipients of the information.
- Do not distribute, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that constitutes a violation of the intellectual and industrial property rights, patents, trademarks or copyrights that correspond to Scribanus or third parties.
- Not to disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that constitutes a violation of the confidentiality of communications and the legislation on personal data and, in general, all legal regulations that regulate the protection and promotion of respect for the private life and privacy of individuals and their families.
Scribanus reserves the right to block any User who makes inappropriate use of the Website and/or does not respect the observations and prohibitions provided for in these Terms and Conditions.
7. INDEMNIFICATION
The User undertakes to hold harmless and indemnify Scribanus against any possible claim, fine, penalty, sanction or compensation of any nature, arising from the User's failure to comply with
any of the rules of use indicated above, reserving, in addition, the right to request compensation for damages and losses that may be applicable.
8. USE OF COOKIES

The User understands and accepts that Scribanus will be limited by liability of any kind, in all cases, to a total maximum amount of $100.00 (one hundred pesos 00/100 National Currency)
10. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY.
All the contents of the Website, including, but not limited to, texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as
such as its graphic design and source codes, are properties of Scribanus or third parties, and cannot be understood as transferred to the User.
Il. NULLITY OF INEFFECTIVENESS OF THE CLAUSES.
If any clause included in the Terms and Conditions is declared totally or partially null or ineffective in any of the jurisdictions in which Scribanus has a presence, such nullity or ineffectiveness will only affect said provision or the part thereof that is null or ineffective, the Terms and Conditions remaining in force in all other respects, considering such provision totally or partially not included or applicable in that jurisdiction.
12. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted by the federal legislation in force in the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising from this document, its existence, validity, interpretation, scope or compliance, shall be subject to federal laws and the Competent Courts of Mexico City.
